Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Visual.af, a free online tool for creating shaders and 3D visuals, operated by Visual Club ("we", "us"). By accessing or using visual.af, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Visual.af lets you design, preview, and export shader and 3D visuals, including optional AI-assisted rendering. The core editor is free to use. AI features (AI render, background removal, image to 3D) run on tokens, which you buy as one-time packs or with a Premium monthly subscription. There is also a one-time Supporter purchase, which only lists you on the Hall of Fame and includes no tokens. See pricing for details.

2. Accounts

You can use Visual.af without an account, but some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use, or that is illegal or violates others' rights.
• Abuse, resell, or circumvent the AI features, tokens, or usage limits.
• Generate, upload, or attempt to generate adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material of any kind. This is strictly prohibited across all AI image and video features (see the Prohibited content section below).

4. AI-generated content

The AI image and video features send the prompt or frame you choose to third-party AI models — for example, Google's Nano Banana, OpenAI's GPT Image 2, or Runware's video models — to generate the result. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected and is provided without warranty. You are responsible for how you use content you generate, and you must respect the rights of others and the terms of the underlying AI providers.

Prohibited content

You may not use any AI generation feature (image, video, editing, or otherwise) to create, upload, request, or attempt to create the following, and doing so is a material breach of these Terms:

• Adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that depicts real people in a sexual or explicit manner without consent.
• Content that is violent, gory, hateful, harassing, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity.

To enforce this, prompts submitted to our AI generation features are screened by an automated content-moderation system before generation. Requests that are flagged as prohibited are denied and no content is generated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to generate prohibited content, and we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

5. Payments, tokens, and memberships

• Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms.
• AI tokens. AI tokens are a digital credit used to access paid AI features. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed as you use the feature. Token packs are one-time purchases.
• Supporter (one-time). A one-time purchase whose only benefit is being listed on our public Hall of Fame. It does not include AI tokens or any other feature. It is a digital product, not a donation.
• Premium (subscription). A recurring monthly plan that grants a monthly token allowance and an ongoing spot on the Hall of Fame. It renews until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. Because tokens are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll try to help.
• Prices. Prices and token amounts may change over time. Changes do not affect purchases already made.

6. Intellectual property

The designs and content you create with Visual.af are yours. The Visual.af software, name, branding, and interface are owned by us and may not be copied or used except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content or AI output will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
